Aplan that needs a spreadsheet is not a plan. It is a way of looking busy without doing the work.
The plan I give every new client fits on one page. It has four lines. Who I help. What I make for them. Where I find them. What I do this week.
That is it. You write it on Sunday. You read it on Monday. On Friday you check whether you did the thing.
If the plan needs more than that, the plan is hiding something you are not yet ready to admit. Usually it is that you do not know who you are helping.
