Every week I get the same email. A version of: I cannot decide on my niche. I have been picking and unpicking one for months. I am exhausted before I have started.
I understand the feeling. Niche advice is everywhere, and most of it is bad. It treats the niche like a category on a tax form. Pick the right box, and everything else falls into place.
It does not work that way. You do not build a business around a category. You build it around a person you can keep showing up for.
Try this instead. Picture one human you have already helped, even informally. What did they need? What did they say after? What would they pay you to do again? That is your starting line. Not a market. A person.
The category will follow. Once you have helped that same person ten more times, you will have a niche whether you named it or not.
